Colbert/Ball Tax Service locations are fully prepared to provide you with the attention to detail and the experience you deserve. We can prepare various types of Federal and State tax returns. We will assist you in completing our comprehensive questionnaire. All legal deductions are applied and, you will receive the maximum refund possible. We can prepare multiple State returns for relocating taxpayers or individuals who work outside of their State of residence during the year.
Electronic Filing (eFile)
Through State-of-the-art technology and the best software available we can electronically file (e-file) your return. E-filing greatly increases the accuracy of your tax return. Our computer program will check your return and inform us of any errors in the return. Not only is e-filing more accurate, it's faster! If you choose one of our refund loan products (described below) you could have money in minutes! No more waiting six to eight weeks for a check in the mail. We can even have it deposited directly into your bank account. And if you prefer a paper return we can do that too!
Refund Anticipation Loan (RAL)
We can file your return and have your loan available within two days. Not only will save money, you will not have to wait six weeks for a check that could possibly get lost in the mail! If you make this choice, you pay nothing up front. Your total fees are deducted from the refund.
Electronic Refund Check (ERC)
You can save money by choosing our Electronic Refund Check. You still receive all the benefits of electronic filing, but you wait 10-14 days for your money. Your total processing fees are deducted from your loan check.
Direct Deposit
If none of the refund loan options are convenient for you we are able to still process your return the “old-fashioned way”! And you will get the e-file accuracy, pay lower fees and have your refund mailed to you or direct deposited into your bank account from the IRS.
